Daystar makes a d-ring washer in multiple colors. I know 4wheelparts sells them. There isnt an actual pic of them, but I've heard they work like a charm. I'm gonna pick some up intowm this week since Daystar and 4wheelparts are both located here

They come in a set of 8

I wrapped elecrical tape around the screw in bolt as others have said. Once in the mount you cant see it, and no clanking....

I use the ball cock washers on my rear bumper, but I can't fit them on the front. I found a piece of rubber roofing material and made my own washers last night. I then wrapped the shaft in electrical tape for now. We will see how that works!!!

If that was my only problem in life. ( ball cock washers not fitting) I would be ok with that

Wow, I hope this works out for you. Out of context this had me ROFL. hope the mods don't think this is dirty.

I used a dishwasher return/vent hose from Home Depot or Lowes (I can't remember ) that had the same ID as the D-ring pin OD and just cut it into small washers. It's nylon reinforced so it won't disintegrate over time and it's cheap! You can barely see them in the picture
