not sure if this the correct section but....

I noticed my pitman arm nut (special synergy one for sector shaft brace) was missing last weekend! Had to park my jeep until Monday when I planned on calling synergy for a quick replacement. Well, synergy was closed this week for the holidays. Understandable, but that meant my jeep would be dead in the water for and additional week and my son and I would miss a snow wheeling trip this weekend. No Bueno!!

I called a few major shops, nobody had anything and couldn't really do anything. Called Marcus at Riverside, since I ordered most of synergy products from him, and explained the situation - he went above and beyond, managed to reach Dave from synergy on his day off and Dave reached out to me. He got the nut sent off to me today today on 2day shipping so I would get it by end of day Thursday since Friday is a holiday. All on his day off!

C'mon! That's pretty freakin awesome! Both those dudes are top notch in my book!
