Quick Disconnect Question

Not sure exactly what you mean, but I believe you should keep it level, not "up".

Just a heads up for all you diy. A long time ago I made my own discos by pulling the bottom bolts that hold the sway bar links to the axle and went to home depot. Picked up 4 washers, 2 cotter pins ( I think they were 7/8 but I am not sure-all I did was match the width of the bolts) and 2 retainer rings. Replace the bolts with the new hardware with a washer on each side and grab 2 Velcro straps and you have a set of discos! Oh and cost me $8 total!!!

Word of advice on the Teraflex. I chose them (0"-3") because they include the pin to hold the swaybar when disconnected.
The bolt in the swaybar and link is long. When disconnected and pinned up it can easily puncture the sidewall of the tire. You will need to cut the bolt down or run wheel spacers.
