most likly, no, not for 35's. yes for 37's

What are you going to do with the JK

If wheel it hard I would bump up the lift and cut stock fenders and run 37s and use extra money to reinforce axle.
-gussets
-sleeves
-ds

If just for looks. Keep your lift add a 1" body lift and cut the flares.

It depends on the size and specs of your lift. w/4" no, mine clears everything by ~1.5" at full stuff. w/37's and 4" yes, most people have to trim rubi rail and fold pinch seam. You could put on some bigger bump stops and try to move the rear axle back but it's not really worth all that effort when you can just trim.
