Question about removing spare tire mount
Looking for advice from anyone who's deleted their spare tire mount. I've liked the look of the removed back tire and was thinking going ahead with it. I would still keep the fifth tire and mounting pieces, just not on the vehicle. Also a large majority of my driving is just daily use with maybe a 30 minute radius of my house where the spare will be.
So my question is, how much of a pain is the removing and remounting of the spare tire mount? In theory I'd like to be able to put the spare back on if I'm heading to a trail or going on a trip enough out of town that it wouldn't be feasible to have someone help run the tire to me.
Thanks for any advice.

Agree, quick and easy. Might check local state laws. Here in Texas we don't HAVE to have a 3rd brake light, but if there is one, it HAS to work. Needless to say, I just don't bother with a 3rd light. If your state didn't require one, it would be that much easier on you when it's removed.

Here's a video. Quick google search will bring it up:
License plate light and third brake light could be a potential issue.
Here's a cover that could alleviate some of the issues:
