Default Question about draining the jeep

I have a JKU and I removed the carpet last summer. Over the winter I've built up a lot of dirt and debris in the floor. Can I simply hose out the jeep and pull my drain plugs even though there are exposed wires under the seats? What's the easiest way to clean my floorboard?

Vacuum, then water and sponge and then dry it with a towel
