I also doubt that they would even notice. It's pretty hard to see it, unless you know it's there. I just installed a front 3/4" spacer on mine, and I'm not worried at all about warranty issues related to it. I had the same size spacer on the front of my '07 as well, then later moved up to 1.75" front and 1" rear. The dealer never said a thing about either setup. If you're still worried, you could always remove the spacer before taking it in for warranty work. It would only take an hour or less to remove them.
