Default quadratec question

Can yinz help me figure out something please? On quadratecs website for the wheel/tire combos, they have a combo for the jk but split them up into a price for 07-12. And different fitment classification and pricing for 13-14 years of jk.
Aren't the 07-14's the same bolt pattern? 5x5 right? So why do they have a combo for the 07-12 at a cheaper price than the 13-14 and its the exact same combo?
I tried calling, but they're closed. Might order new wheel tire combo but would like to know if there's a reason why they have the 07-12 wheels/tires seperate from the 13-14.
Thanks!

Size for size its a difference if $300.

And why would a 315/65 be cheaper than a 305/70? Isn't a 315 a 35" and a 305 a 33"?

Well I found out why if anyone was curious. The 07-12 jks use a different TPMS than the 13-14. I have a 2014, but ordered wheel/tire combo for the 07-12 cause they were cheaper.
Good thing I have the flashpaq to set the TPMS to 0 so it won't go off.
