That lift comes with front and rear adj Trackbar
4 control arms , bumpstops, brake line brackets, everything you need to help with 37's
You can do a BB and a bodylift for cheaper then redo later if you wanted coil suspension
Thanks for the break down, this seems like an inexpensive build. I could save a thousand by going with the Trail Worthy which is about $1585 for wheels, tires with PVC insert and rock rings welded.

What i did on my phone
Nitro trail grapplers
-37x12.50r17
Crager soft 8
$2,635.95 to your door from discount tire
But there is a mail in rebate and forum member discount
Rough country 3.5 series2 lift
Adj trackbar
Exhaust spacer
$703.80 to your door
Cut fenders and pinch seam free if you have tools
Teraflex tire carrier $600.00

That's 3939.75 so you still have a grand to spend where you like or change out what you like

Why are you set on 37s?
If you went with a slightly smaller tire, like a 35", you could have a ton of money left to spend on others goods, and get way more out of your jeep because it would be built better. That's just what I think.

That's still a possibility. I'm just counting the cost right and trying to decide.

Well I call them a rim you call them wheel
Both are the same
I remember when I lived in California they had a lot of weird ways of looking at things

Plus if going with 35's may help you from getting into the sleeving, guesseting, outter steering upgrades, brake upgrades, ball joint upgrades.

Yeah there's ways to cut costs but I just shot him a MSRP price that seems like he could go look up some if this himself and research a few suspension companies, read a few threads on here and fig out what he likes
I installed a few Rough Country Lifts
Just wasn't what I liked so I didn't quote the cheapest
