Putting a winch on the Factory bummper
First off I'd like to thank RedRockJK for the write up on how to do this.
Here's pics of the progress so far.
Now all I have to do is choose a winch and cutout for the fairlead.

oem bumper with winch
This is the end result of my mounting a "Champion" 8000# from Cosco $299.00 including the winch plate and roller farlead. You will need to check my link to see the photos. I cannot get them to post. good luck.

unless you dont like any of the bumpers that are in the $400-600 range then a winch plate is a good way to go. I did the plate because the only bumpers i like are a bit to costly for my taste

I suspect these prices will start dropping at some point as competition heats up
