"need" is a big word here... For someone who drive a Hyundai Accent every day, a JK with 35's and 3.21's will feel like a Hemi..

AFAIK, you wont NEED to regear.. but yes you'll feel underpowered compared to stock.

I'm rolling in an X I put on an OME 2" which game me close to 4"

I used a adjsutable front trackbar, and that about it, if your looking to not have to add anything like that for 35's, I would get a smaller lift and put on new fenders/ chop the ones you have
