Putting on larger Tires, what's your technique?

Following up on my previous post in this thread.....I had a lot of tires on and off this weekend and realized that what I typed up before isn't exactly what I was doing. My tires typically only 2" off the ground or so. I sit, right leg stretched out, left leg bent as in the pic. Tire gets lifted and sits on my leg/foot as in the pic. at that point I'm usually having to actually lower it a bit to set it on the lugs. If by chance it needs to be raised, the work is on your calf muscle mainly.

Towel is just covering up dumb tattoo in the pic. LOL.
