Default PureJeep slider install/fitment question

I'm doing the drivers side slider first and have a concern about the fit. I was just able to get the two bolt holes on the bottom lined up but I can get it into position. I"m at the point where I'm using the jack on the outer rail of the slider to press it up against the body but it doesn't go all the way up to the body. The middle section touches, the front will only go about 1/8" from the body and the rear is off the body by about 1/4". I keep trying to reposition it but can't get it any closer. Will this draw in when I tighten everything down, is it an issue or am I just doing something wrong? Picture order is middle, rear and then front.
