Default pulling the trigger on skids plates

Does anyone wish they did not get rockhard setup?
Is there something else I should consider?

I'm looking at getting the Treks skids, I like the way they wrap around stuff. Still waiting on them finishing their last 2-Door piece.

I have the rockhard setup and its great. the only this I can tell you it to get some exhaust wrap and wrap the pipe right above the skid and below the transmission as to help prevent a rattle.

That good to hear. After going to Rausch Creek with me for the 1st time the other weekend and seeing what I actually drive my Jeep over my wife thinks it might be a good idea to have a little extra protection underneath, so I guess I am in the market for some.

I am keeping an eye on those too. When I had my TJ I protected it pretty well underneath. With the new JK the Treks would probably be the first thing. I like how they wrap around too. I wish they covered the rear driver side more but I guess they don't want to cover the exaust piping.

Anyone know the difference in weight between treks and rockhard (full protection)?
