Default PSC JK Brawler Lite & EVO 1/4 Pounder, either of them attach or need the crush bar?

Having a hard decision deciding between the PSC brawler lite and the EVO MFG 1/4 Pounder bumper.

Do either of these need the crush bar (the bar below the bumper)? I'm about to cut it off hate how it looks and snag up on objects.

I have the PSC I left mine until I get a E-swaybar relocation bracket for my rubi I don't know I you need it for the skid since I don't have it and don't plan on getting it. My buddy has a Evo 1/4 and he had to cut it off. After I spin my E swaybar I'll cut it off. Hope that helps.

If you get the optional skid plate with the brawler lite then you have to trim the crash bar. You can just trim part of it or cut the whole thing off. It you get just the bumper then you can leave it

You have to remove that bar with the Evo bumper, not sure about the PSC bumper. Sawzall and grinder.
