these are what i'm considering for my jk new tire.
I'm not rock crawler.. I use my jk as DD. but i'd love to go some off roading.
so I want aggressive looking tire and pretty good on paved road or freeway ability.
which one do you guys recommend me?

honestly, all of these are great tires. if you want something that'll have the longest tread life, i would go with the BFG. otherwise, i would go with the nitto or toyo's. i have run a lot of tires and these are the ones i always go back to.

I have been riding on the BFG's for a couple years now with my TJ and they were certainly good DD's. I did some moderate off roading with them and had no problem. I recently moved to a Jk and I am running the Trail Grapplers and I love them!!! I haven't been off road yet but I have no doubt what these babies will do. As far as DD they ride very well considering they are more aggressive then my previous BFG's. We had the lift and tires installed and Immediately hit the road for 10 hours and I have no complaints other then just the slightest of wandering. LOVE EM

Dont forget Goodyear duratracs!! Got 20,000 miles on em and still love em. I drive 40 miles each way to work and the hold up good in ice and snow as well as off roading!

I would go with the BFG's but would suggest going with the All Terrains. I think that they would give you the 'off road/ bad a' look but can back it up when you do go off road and to top it all off they are great on the road. After running several differant brands and types of tires, I love my BFG A/T's. The last set I got almost 60,000 miles on them and had even gotten to the wear bar yet when I replaced them just because I was going on a winter trip and didn't want to take a chance of getting stuck because of lack of traction. If I got it correct, your in Southern Cal and so snow is not an issue. The AT's work great in the sand if you head to the beach.

Yes BFG All Terrains whould be a good one to go with , on DD that only does some off roading. I have seen them on a lot of JK's were I live.
