Default procal tire size setting

Hi
I changed my tire size from sport 16" size to 18" Sahara wheels tires. The overall diameter is 32.02". The example uses 34.75.
Question is what is the .75 in 34.75 represent? The actual diameter size or the width? In my case it is .02. Should I set the procal to (last two digits) to .00?

That is the mfg's spec, correct? Reading your procal manual, you will see that it states to NOT use that spec, but to actually measure the tires under normal inflation and load, to the nearest 1/4".
