Bought these headlights new and installed them on Thursday. Immediately out of the box I noticed one of them had some sort of corrosion on the back. The manufacture date sticker said March 16 2016, so it's not like they've been sitting on a shelf for months. I installed them and they worked fine on test. Drove my JK for the first time this evening... Low and behold the one with the corrosion wasn't working. Got home, checked the connections and wires (which were fine) and took out the problem headlight for a closer inspection. It looked like there was some sort of burn mark inside the lens. I reinstalled the oem lights and all is well. I bought them from a local Jeep shop so they're getting returned in the morning for a new set. Any ideas or heard of this before?

Anybody could get a defective one. That is what is looks like. They should just send you a new set. We have had ours since Jan. without a problem.
