Let's let the pictures talk and then someone tell me why it is..

Here you can see I have one bolt in and then the second doesn't line up with the holes in the hi lift.

Anyone else have an issue like this? Something I should contact orfab about it is it just cause I have a no-name hi lift so there's not a lot to be done?

That's weird, mine lines up perfectly. You said it was not a Hi- Lift brand jack? That could be the issue.
I'm sure you could fabricate a bracket to make it work or just get a Hi-Lift brand jack.

Drill a new hole and be happy. It's absolutely possible the variance is due to the bargain jack. They don't reinforce the holes for the jack so you're fine to drill and get back to off-road adventures.

Yeah it is a generic lift I got from my work. They were throwing it out because it needed the pins replaced so I bought the hilift repair kit and changed all the hardware out and it works perfectly fine now!

I've been running with it only bolted to the one hole since I originally posted with no issue so I'm just gonna keep it like that. The base pressed against my mud grappler and keeps pressure on the outside edge so the bolt has the jack pretty tight.
