Would you turn a brother jeeper on to this source? If you would, please PM me the information. I am about 2-4 weeks away from pulling the trigger, so the timing is right!

I called Currie today to ask some questions about the RJ44, and I found out they have a 10% military discount, so I ended up ordering my axle from them. RJ44 housing, 4.88 gears including setup, master install kit, 1350 yoke, 30 spline axle shafts, and ball joints was $3130 after the discount. I'm supplying them with an Ox locker and re-using my outer Cs from the D30, so it should be just over 4k by the time I install it. This might not really help if you're not military, but I thought I'd put the info out there. IMO, the RJ is a better axle for the money. 3" x 3/8 wall tubes are plenty strong enough, and the housing is $200 cheaper than Teraflex and $350 cheaper than the PR Unlimited.

I got a very similar price, just negotiate on the phone, you will be able to get the price down. Very impressed with the core 44.... 35 splines, and ected locker.... I have a thread on the forum with pics and such of the install...

Fwiw, because I have a Teraflex suspension a couple years ago I chose a Teraflex R44 replacement housing. The welding is work of art quality and the setup & install was a breeze. Worth a look before you buy.

[QUOTE="Invest2m4;4188446"]For the same price on the front as a 44, you can get a 1 ton from these guys. They have a fabricated 9"/609 coming out as well.
Was this the company you hinted on a few weeks ago?
