pro comp stage 1 what do you think???

feel your pain buddy, a lot of pro comp haters on this forum for some reason but whatever everybody is entitled to there own opinion. Teraflex seems to be the most popular lift on here, and hell I would love to have a 4" Teraflex kit but for my needs and the money the Pro Comp stage I was the best fit.

Believe it or not, ProComp Stage 1. Yes, it's not a true 4 inch lift. I'm about 3.25 with bumpers and winch rolling on 35s. Can't say I've had any problems with it. Been wheelin as much as possible and still no issues.

no problems other than it not being a true 4" lift. It has excellent road manners and performs well off road. The kit dosent flex much but I didnt get all the extra shit to make it flex out cause I dont rock climb.

Stupid question
Doesn't the lift measurement depend on the weight of all the additional stuff you add on, like bumpers, tire carriers, 35 inch wheels etc.? Or, put another way, is it possible that those who claim that the lift gives them less than 4 inches took their measurement without discounting the compression due to the additional weight?

Agree completely I am very happy with my pro comp lift but if I had to do it over again I would get a Teraflex kit.

i will sell mine to anyone that likes!
Damn! Where the hell were all you people loving on Pro Comp when I wanted one a month or so ago?! I asked and got more than a few who straight said no and offered up experiences from them and friends who had problems...noisy bushings etc. Moreover, when I asked elsewhere it was all confirmed by others...same story. Then there was the love affair for TF...all these posts and not one mention of TF kits?
