FYI.. i emailed bushwacker trying to get the rebate even though it is expired and they informed me that after the first of the year the rebate will be in place again....

Mine were $425 from 4 wheel parts. They did a price match from an online site

Brand new in the box still wrapped in plastic, never installed...

That link only has TJ flares listed for that price. the code you are seeing is the Bushwacker code (Bushwacker 10920-07 ), not the Jeep year. If you google that product code you will see that they are for Jeep years 96-06. The JK models are much higher. Also, some of what people are seeing for lower priced JK flares may only be for front or rear...you have to make sure you are looking at a full set when trying to see if it is a good deal or not.
