The Rosette/plug welds do a lot
We do recommend welding the outer portion of the 44 mag. You simply install the Magnum seals after the welding has cooled,
But it doesn't have to be welded all the way around if you do not want to. A few small welds will work just fine.

So the plug welds from tube to sleeve and a few tack welds on the outer rim will suffice?
Sounds good to me...definitely need a pick up a set of these. $25 more when the pre-order sale ends isn't that bad either for some of the people who can't purchase these right here and now. Another great product by ORE!

I really need to sleeve my front... I mean I really needED to sleeve my front axle. What is your opinion of both of my front axle tubes are already slightly bent. It is very slight, and has been the same now for about 9 months. I can only imagine if they are really bent there will be no way to press these in, so I can imagine you will answer will be that it depends on the severity of the bends... My camber is 1.2* driver, and 1.1* psgr. I honestly have no idea what the stock/not bent camber is to tell how much these have bent. Anyway, whatcha think?
It has been our experience that the axle Cs bend way more frequently than the axle Tube and with your caster numbers you can still save the axle

Were you guys reading my post last night about not liking sleeves because you lose the ability for outer seals?
I was literally logging in to order the gussets tonight, so I guess I'll order the whole enchilada with the sleeves!

So, how hard is it to slide these sleeves into the housings? You arent worried about them needing some coercing (ie, pounding, banging) to get them to slide into slightly bent housings [with the camber I posted above]?
I would be in a world of hurt if take the axle all apart, drill the holes in the tubes, and then are unable to get these sleeves to fit in... Thanks for the input.

I think I want everything ORE makes!!
I have their gussetts/lower control arm skids, and rockstars on my bench waiting to be installed. Now I need to order these!!
This is getting ridiculous.

We also have some great tips that will help make the install as easy as possible.
All include in our directions that will be in every boxes of EVO 44 Magnums.
