Thumbs up

Installed my Magnun, the effect is very good.
Axels were rusty, now protected, very strong.
Installation was very easy
Can you tell me, do I have to pour more oil in the differential.

You're very good "EVO"

Glad you like them.

You do not need to add more oil than what is recommended for your axle.

Is there any problems installing these after the gussets. If there is a slight deformation, will these still slide in?

There should be no problem. They will slide right in before or after. This was a consideration that we took into account when designing the EVO 44 Magnum Sealed Axle Sleeves.

I just ordered mine from northridge along with some axle C gussets and CA skids. Probably be a little while before I can tackle the install though.

Will these sleeves interfere with this Super 30 kit? http://www.northridge4x4.com/proddet...A-S30-EV30-ARB
Or will it all go together A-okay? I'm looking to seriously strengthen my front axle without switching over to a d44...

The Super 30 Kit will work with the EVO 44 Mags.

Default Evo 44 Magnum with RCY axles

I am finishing up my install, and as the title suggests, installing RCV CV style axle shafts at the same time. The grease cup on the RCV axle is pushing up snug to the EVO 44 axle sleeve, so it it will be rubbing as it rotates. Has anyone else installed this combination? Any of the same issues? Could the red rubberized RCV dust cup be trimmed a bit without sacrificing it's purpose?

On another note for those that have installed only the EVO 44 magnums, what is the distance between the sleeve and the inner most flange on the U-Joint of the stock axles?
