Mel,

I noticed you've used an o-ring and a felt ring for the seals. When you grease the axle sleeve, does all the grease flush the contaminants through the felt seal towards the wheel, or does some grease get into the axle through the o-ring? I was expecting to see a lip seal as the inner seal to make sure the contaminated grease is flushed out the right way.

I got mine today as well. I'll probably drill the holes and slide the sleeves in this weekend, and hopefully get with my buddy who welds next weekend. One advantage to having a second set of axles to work on.
