I actually like the Hanson mid width and stubs just not the full... to each his own.

OK no hoops and recessed tow hooks

So what bumper is being displayed here because.....I see both.

The exposed weld patterns on the shoulders indicate to me that there's 'radical'
design consideration rather than correct weld joint preparation for adequate
penetration and fusion at the joint.

To each their own I guess

I guess that my point is that it is billed as being a eurospec bumper, but in reality it doesn't meet the euro considerations. At the moment I don't know of any bumper that does since AEV and ARB both don't meet it just because of the bar on their bumpers.

It is like this, indeed.
This side of the pond is really crazy on this stuff ...

The lower two pics in this link show how the ARB Sahara bar needs to be modified to obtain TUV omologation, by removing the top bar.

I thought euro spec required the bumper to connect to the fenders so there was no gap, like the uk wrangler has.

Does anyone have pics of this bumper without a winch? More pics in general would be nice.

bumber is not connected to fenders, there is a gap between the two. The big question would be , they are calling it a euro spec bumper , does that mean it is TUV approved?
