I didn't port the heads because the injectors where so close to the edge I just replaced the leaking gaskets and cleaned up and detailed the engine. I added NGK plugs and wires

When you say you didn’t port the heads, did you mean the intake manifold? That is my kind of worker! Not much talk and all business.

I made a typo and this app says I can't fix it I am getting a error message

I meant to say the intake manifold

if this was a small block chev it would be no problem for me.. I am not a professionl machinist and have not known anyone who has ported this intake.. when I saw that the injector tips where right beside the area I would be grinding I decided to play it safe and not do it, this is my only vehicle and is my daily driver. I would hate to have destroyed it ... right now it's no longer leaking and idles like a dream! :-) throttle responds much quicker
