Yes! It was my adjustable track bar was not tight enough. Specifically the jam nut. Try tightening up the whole deal.

Thanks. You wouldn't happen to have the rubicon express track bar do you?

Not sure if this will help, but after I installed my new ranchos I noticed a lot of popping over bumps too. Ended up being they were spinning in the mount about 1/8" side to side.
