Thanks. The bumper is a custom powder that was suppossed to match the grill. It is definitely not an exact match but a little close. The Chrysler paint code for the Mountain edition grill is PDM. Apparently can't match powder to paint codes very easily.
The d rings are just painted with Rustoleum spray paint from home depot and cleared on top of it. I sanded and and primed with self etching primer first. Honestly, it doesnt stick very well. Scratches off pretty easily.
