I guess I'm going to try and do it....I'm just extremely nervous.
I'm going to put two coats of paint in each hole and then a sealent around each nursert and along the top of th armor.
I do have the harbour frieght nursert tool and not the one from PSC.
Gonna plan on 4 hrs to do it....

I also had mine installed, and was only charged 3-4 hours, don't recall exactly which. Thy painted the hols and siliconed to keep moisture out. The holes are a small concesstion for the protection you get - they are incredibly strong. They wrap under the rocker to the frame and are flat so they act as a skid plate. One of my favorate mods

I installed these myself at home, the lowers took my 2 hrs each side and the uppers took me about 45 min ea side. I'd do it all over again on a new jeep. They fit perfect. Just spend $100 on a commercial nut sert tool.

Where can one get this professional nut sert tool? Like I said I go the nursert tool from harbour frieght, but it's not as serious as that one, but way better than the one from PSC

For the tool I would try to borrow or rent one from a body shop or mechanic. It took about 4 hours for two of us to drill drill drill and mount the PSC rocker protectors. Note: when drilling the pilot hole use something to determine the clearance depth (depth of nutsert). You will have to go thru another layer of sheet metal on some of them. Lucky for me I hit no wiring

Ok, so I have got one side installed....really was much easier than I anticipated. The nutserts where no problem at all, the longest part was touching up & waiting for the paint to dry.
I put silicone around every nutsert before and after they were inserted.
Just ran out of time as I had to have dinner with that family tonight.
Will finish up tomorrow.
