Default Poison Spyder Crusher Flares Bracket Material

I have the metal flares, the brackets look stainless, are they? I dont want to go through the hassle of scuffing, priming and painting if they are stainless... I also don't wait to wait to start the install....

Anyone install them without paint or powder coat? Any rust?

I think it's some sort of zinc or galvanized coating, IDK. I painted mine but it scratched off easily .

I had everything powder coated. I thought the same thing, but you've spent the money, might as well do it right.

i almost always rush into installing stuff, then go back later, uninstall, and redo it perfectly... worth it both times lol... but unless it NEEDS to be done, (NOT just you wanting it done) just paint it first...
