I have the PSC brawler rockers....
initially i finished them with a power coater.... they rusted after 2 years.
Just this summer, i had them re-done with a silver bedliner @ ziebart..... that rusted after 10 days.
currently being re-done again....

For the wheeling i do, these are OVERKILL. I dont rock crawl. i try to do more moderate trails to expedition trips.
Also with these installed you can feel the slower engine response from their weight.
The North east weather, moist humid summers and salty conditions in the winter... not the best choice IMO.
Best feature for me is the step.... but i could have accomplished about the same with other less $ products.

Just figured I would add my opinion. I do love my PSC Brawler Rockers on my JKUR. I got them about 9 months ago and decided to go with priming and painting myself. Well, I just got them back from the powercoater. I followed the directions over the winter and painted them in a heated garage but the etching primer and 3 coats of bed liner. It would scratch to bare metal if someone looked at it the wrong way.

Well the powder coat looks great and already seems more durable then the self painting.

One thing I would recommend is toss out the steel clips that are used on the large flange stainless steel bolts that hold the two pieces together. The reason is after 9 months they were completely rusted and were transferring the rust to the bolts and rails. I cleaned the surface rust from the stainless bolts and went with 2 stainless washers and a stainless 3/8-16 lock nut instead. This also has the advantage of not scratching the rail mounts because the steel clips scratch going on.

I will try to put some pictures up with the new color and mounts.

I love my Brawler Rockers. They are strong and have saved me from lots of expensive body damage. I have used them as a pivot point to get around obstacles and come down on rocks hard.
You can make the step surface non slip with some Wing Walk compound that you paint on. The step surface is about 3 inches wide.

This is before banging on the rocks.
