Do you change plug wires when changing spark plugs?

I do. But I follow the recommended maintenance schedule for my 2007, which has the owner change both at 99K miles.

And, before you ask: OEM.

Yes - Change both the plugs and wires at the same time. It just makes sense since they require such infrequent changes.
