I finally decided on the Rock Krawler 3.5 and was going back and forth between that and the Rubicon Express 3.5. If you look its the same price as the kits you listed minus shocks but you get a lot more with it. 3.5 inches should be more than enough for 35's if that's what you're really looking to do.
