x2 on tightening and making sure everything looks good. When I had my 3/4" coil spacers installed up front, not only did the shop install the sway bar links incorrectly, they didn't place the nut on the bolt. Needless to say, I found this when I got home that night.

I fixed it and placed lock-tite on the threads since I have the e-disco.

All's good now.

Yeah... I'll just leave the rears where they are and grab myself some quick discos... now to decide between JKS or Teraflex...

...I am slightly embarrassed about the mall crawling incident...

Glad you got it worked out. At least it wasn't on a large rock somewhere in the middle of the woods.

you know that is supposed to go on the inside of the mount, right?

i recommend JKS Quicker Discos. super easy to use. for me, i'd rather just disconnect them at the beginning of the trail, while still in 2WD, than mess with hitting the button over and over all day long.

Yeah, I know. That's why I took pics before and after. I posted a thread about this when it happened a few months ago and posted before and after pics. Here's the original thread:

I've never had a problem using the e-disco. Always disconnects and reconnects within 5 seconds of pushing the button. I've only had to get out of the Jeep once and rock the front for it to reconnect. I've disconnected a few dozen times already.

I'll probably get quick discos when I lift it just to have a backup, but I've been very happy with the e-disco feature.

If you are going to use a BFH you only need to knock it over an RCH. If you knock it over a BCH that may be too much.

Don't take too much advise from any JAFO's or you may wind up with everything FUBARed

If you don't want to shell out the bucks for discos, you can just buy some rear swaybar links for the front. They are about 3" longer and should only run about 40 bones for the set. I know it's a repost but just thought you should know your options. Only took a day for my local dealer to get in house.
