Appreciate the help guys, I got it fixed by doing what you said...

...jacked both sides up to get the weight off of the bar, had to remove the entire sway bar though....and badda bing badda boom...no issues.

since you got it fixed i feel that i can safely laugh.... this is a fantastic thread

this should serve as a warning to anyone thinking of going mall crawling... don't do it in a Jeep!

With your BB you may wanna move your rear links to the front and get some more for the rear, unless you already did that ,or just get some longer ones for the front.

mkjeep is right. you need longer links up front. the reason they flipped forward like that is because the stock links are too short for your BB.

x3 on the longer swaybars or you will overextend them again.(don't ask how I know) Get some curries for the rear, they are adjustable and either move your rears to the front or get some disco's for the front.

yup, looks like your link over-extended and flipped. i'd recommend keeping your rear links where they are and buy a set of longer front discos

If you're going to continue to mall crawl, make sure you get longer sway bar links in chrome. The chrome ones don't bind as much on parking blocks or speed bumps.

I'm glad you got it fixed though.

beautiful thing it was an easy fix. maybe you should get some disconnects, its a good time, teraflex has a nice set that includes brackets for you to park your swaybar when its disco'd for the next time you go wheeling at the mall.

ill make it ewasy for you, buy them here

the same thing happned to me when i installed my BB. i did not tighten the one sway link enough and over the coarse of 2 months it came lose and began to make a sharp clicking noise. i tightened it before i had any problems
