did you use white lithium greese on it? I havent had any issues since I applied the right greese.
if the track bars loose, you would feel it in the steering..
have you or your husband turn the steering wheel, if you see that that track bar moving, thats it.

The springs looked seated correctly to me...for the little knowledge I have.
Yes on white lithium grease. I don't think the trac bar is loose because I don't have any issues with the steering and I tried grabbing and shaking everything pretty good under there.
My vote is for the trac bar bushings right now, too. Bill said that he didn't think things had been greased very well when it was installed. But he only greased where there were already zerks, so we'll get back under there tonight and check the bushings like BLKRuby said. Seems to be making the most sense to me right now. If that doesn't work I'm going to have to call in the cavalry.
Thanks for all of the help and advice!

After installing my lift a few weeks ago I had some terrible clinks, claks etc...
At the advice of Eddie, I removed both FT track bars and removed the upper bushings and greased the crap out of them..
It worked!
Saturday, I was getting a terrible thump turning from left to right
turned out the track bar was bolt was loose..
Hope this helps.

Honestly, i don't think you have to use white lithium grease. I used that crap four times and said screw it and used HD axle grease. Not a problem since.
When i used WLG, it went away for a week or two, but came back gradually.

Well, the trac bar bushing (top one) that I was talking about is a constant maintenance item. (if its not equipped with a grease fitting ) Some have fittings which makes it easy, and some dont, which require pulling the bolt, the sleeve and bushing out greasing them seperately and refitting everything. Best way I found to pin point that sound is 1 person under the jeep, and another standing on the front or rear bumper bouncing up and down. Put your finger at the edge of the bushing so that you can still touch the trac bar with the same finger. ( AVOID putting finger between the bar, and pivot point, it will hurt ) That way when you hear the clank, you can tell from the vibration on the bushing at the trac bar. If you do not feel it there, you may have to check other areas. (pitman arm, knuckles, sway bar links, tie rods, etc. ) And yes, white lithium grease is not the way to go, get some good dark nasty axle grease. It seems to last a lot longer.
