The only place I have seen that will 'guaranty' is DTD, which doesn't help you. I know northridge has shops in both the US and Canada, so you might touch base with David or Stan (david is the US guy, and I 'think' the canadian guy is named stan?) and see if it might be possible to run an order through them, or at least get suggestions on other 15" rims that they do carry.

Pro Comp has 15" black steel rims through Quadratec that fit the JK perfectly.
Mine did not require and grinding of the calipers, they fit just fine with 35" pro Comp Mud Terrains.

The Black Rock 909 D-window wheel comes in black and several vendors stock them. They fit fine on a JK in 15" size.

Default Power Difference?

I had a 04 TJ with the 4.0 and 17 inch Dodge Ram Off Raod Wheels and the 255/7517 BFGs. Loved the look and tires. Then I switched to 15 inch ION wheels with 31 10.50 15 Yokahama GEOs. The RPM difference was considerable. The 17s and 32s were slower to gain speed and, the power was good. It took longer to gain RPMs to shift. It felt relaxed. When I moved to the 15s, it felt like a hot potato was thrown in the back seat. The RPMs advanced a lot faster and shifted a lot faster. It felt peppier and hyper. There was only a pound or two difference in weight. To Backup. I had the same 17 in. wheels on my Dodge Ram. Went to 15x10 and 35 inch tires. The truck would run (had some motor nods too.) The wheel spin speed felt faster.

My question is; with the lack of pep in the 3.8, has anyone noticed a similar response in dropping to 15 inch wheel and tires on the JK. IMO The overall tire height though a factor, was negated by the wheel diameter. Smaller wheels seem to like to turn and burn.

On the TJ, having both, I prefered the 17s to the 15s dut to the straight 6. The 3.8 V6 is a different beast and revs faster and may benefit from 15s.

Any Feedback??????
