Plasti-Dip Flares....While still on the Jeep
Well, I just plasti dipped my grill. Looks amazing.... now i've got the fever.
Can this be done leaving the flares on the truck? Any guides? Painter's tape? Deck of Cards? Don't want to miss anything...
or is plasti-dip flares a bad call?

Just use some newspaper and painters tape to mask off most of the body around the flares and paint away, don't tape super close to the flares tho cuz when u Peel the tape off it will Peel the plasti-dip also.

Ok. Well I officially plasti-dipped my face off. That was a lot of fumes for one day!
I did all four flares, touched up the roof with a toothpick and plastidip, and did the gas cap applique thingy
it was hit or miss in terms of it running, and or pooling, but it will do for a 30 dollar fix to the silver flares. no need to buy new clips, no need for used rubi fenders.
black wheels and kms going on next weekend, followed by rubi 19/60s and shocks, and quick discos.
pumped.
