It's plastic trim you can buy at just about any auto parts store.

Thank you, I just used blue painters tape to tape off the fenders. I painted over the lights and just peeled it off after it dried. My biggest tip is to remove the tape after every coat or else it'll peel the Plasti dip off

How many coats/cans? Dry time?
