Go with 40's if you are going to change the end to a 60 and gear to 5:13. Not necessary though your 44's will hold up. BFG km2 would be my suggestion as far as wear and performance. Also arb or ox lockers IMO are better. Daystar panel is nice for auto or the rugged ridge A pillar switch pod.

Instead of getting a D60 you could do:
Diff covers
Rcv shafts
Reid knuckles

Hopefully this thread isn't too old ...

I am getting ready to place an order on a similiar build up but haven't decided on a few details ... to SpeedBump or not to SpeedBump with the TF 6" LA kit? Search function is what landed me in this thread and I haven't seen a whole lot of discussion on whether they are worth the $800+ or not?

Also not positive on the 6" LA kit but afraid if I go with the 4" I'll wish I had gone bigger. Also looked into the Rock Krawler 5.5 Mid Arm lift with the SpeedBump install. So many choices.

Is your build finished? Would love to see some pics of this thing

There you go. King oh king my king. Scratch the rock krawler. You want the 6+ not 5.5.
