Ended up using after market lugs. The guy at Americas Tire said the stock ones wouldn't work. I didn't check to verify.

LOL...you and me both. To me it's just the principle of the whole thing. I sent them an email about it today. Will be interesting to see if they modify the website.

No driveline needed. You may want to get an adj front track bar to recenter the axle. I would also consider some front adj control arms to readjust the caster, otherwise you will notice some wander.
