Default Pentastar Low RPM misfire and overall status at 90k miles

I have been experiencing occasional misfires/shuddering at around 1800-2200 rpm lately without any codes coming up. The misfire always happens in higher gears upon sudden desire to accelerate. Pentastar manufactured July 2012 with manual transmission, almost 90k miles on it, Bully Dog Premium Tune, Borla exhaust, Volant new air filter. Ruled out air filter.

Just changed the oil and only 3.5 quarts came out, normally 5 quarts of used oil come out. Spark plugs were changed at around 40k. No ticking! could this be cracked header? Any other suggestions much appreciated.

Other gripes: AC does not work even though there is no leak. Rear drive shaft has a decent play in it, but dealer says it is within "normal".

I hear a permanent wining noise from rear right wheel, which stops on some part of the 360 rotation, handbrake jaws do not seem to cause it.

Thank you in advance.

My 2012 built in Jan 2012 has been having some hesitation. It's just a split second, and it happens after I've say, coasted around a corner, then let the clutch out and give it gas. Hesitates for a split second, then is completely normal. Doesn't happen all the time. Maybe once or twice per week. I've only noticed it in the last few months. Has 68,000 miles. Basically 100% stock. Manual trans, max tow. I'll follow this thread to see if Anyone else chimes in. My jeep runs great. No issues. Doesn't consume oil. Use synthetic every 5000 miles. My assumption is maybe fuel pump, fuel pressure dip, but not sure. Hasn't happened enough for me to take it to dealer. I have lifetime warranty, so if it gets worse or more frequent I'll let the lying scumbags at the local dealer take a look.

I'm interested where this thread goes. I have a weird shudder at 1900-2000 no matter what gear I'm in when I'm accelerating or braking. It went away with my last oil change but has recently come back. I need to check my oil level I'm thinking. It's only been 3k since my last oil change, but maybe I'm burning that much oil. I have 60K miles and first noticed it around 55K. Been using Amsoil since around 15K miles

This is precisely what I am experiencing. This is the first oil change where I have seen any oil consumption.
