Default Pavement Ends Rear Bumper but want to keep my hitch receiver...

Has anyone installed that Pavement Ends rear bumper but found a way to keep your factory hitch? The bumper looks great and priced better but I use my hitch at least once a week and I definitely need access to it. I've seen some folks say you need to "notch" the bumper but does that mean taking a grinder and cut a notch out under the bumper? Would the grinder even work on 3/16" steel? Lookin for advice and .02...pics would be awesome if ya got em!
Thanks!

I'm looking at getting one too. To use hitch, I was told you need to notch it out, remove two center nuts on your hitch. Making your hitch a bit more of a weak link, but in my case I need it only for hitch mnt bike rack.
