The entire cowl. The pic I posted. What's black, you should paint that black and mabye the windshield bracket above it..

You could if you want. But I wouldn't do the middle where the vents are located. But that's just my personal preference.. If I wasn't on my iPod I would Paint up a quick pic of what I mean D:

I would remove them if it's easy.. Which in pretty sure it is not 100% sure though..

And see. You started off small an now you already wanna bedline/plasti-dip everything it's never ending.
