Default Painted tube fenders - what brand?

Does anybody know what type of tube fenders SSWIM is running? Love the look of painted to match.

Yep. Some people like plastic, because they forgive on the trail for body panels, others like metal. One of my stockers got knocked off by the side of a mountain and dented my quarter panel, so I'm getting some river raiders, since the whole forgiving plastic thing didn't work for me.

Default urethane

I just read a blog that said they are urethane. That brings up a question in my mind: Do tube fenders or urathane fenders provide more "protection" for your jeep's body panels?

Obviously the main point of the fenders is to block rocks and mud. With urethane, they just bend if you rub a tree or rock, and if you come too close, you'll bang up your sheet metal. But do steel tube fenders help avoid this? Or do they just transfer the impact directly to your body panels, effectively increasing the width of your jeep making it easier to damage your sheet metal?

sorry for the derail, but this is an old thread, so maybe my transgression will be less offensive....can anyone tell me what kind of wheels are on the "sswim" ???
