I'm pretty sure that's your Jeep I saw.

As far as the painted trim goes.. i haven't seen that Jeep around here but it sounds like a cool look..

Interestingly enough I actually was planning on seeing if a local paint shop could paint my silver inserts Black color matched to my Jeep paint.

Post a pic up if you get a chance to take one
dude instead of getting them powder coated just get the plastidip gloss black package. its normal plastidip with a gloss clear coat that matches the paint well. i did it on my black sahara.

I have seen a Orange Jeep with the inserts painted to match the jeep color and it looked very nice. I just removed mine, I like the blacked out plain look.

Could be the new jeep altitude edition. It has the painted center bumper trim.

I wanted to get a insert and paint it flame red. Think it would look sick!

I'd like to see photos of the inserts painted with pastidip gloss. Just took off the silver bumper inserts on my Sahara and I want to paint them black to match the gloss of the body's clear coat.

Is there any advantage to keep the inserts on? Is it merely an accent piece or is there anything structural involved? I'm guessing another piece of plastic between me and any obstacle would be a good thing.

For those who have removed and sold, what did they go for?

Thanks!
