Default Paint the lip on my rims

Does anyone have any suggestions for painting the chrome/polished lip on my rims. I want to black it out but i'm not quite sure what would be the best way to do it. I don't want to remove the tires. also the lip is not removable.

thanks

Mike

Sand down the lip with maybe 360/280 grit sandpaper. Use some painters tape and tape behind the lip (on the rim) and put some tape on the tires
and then use some spray paint

Someone once wrote on the forum that they used a deck of playing cards stuck between the tire bead and the rim.
