Has anybody installed wheels on their JK that were off of a Grand Cherokee, Commander etc? If so, any problems w/ back spacing etc?

 

i've seen the hulk wheels from a commander on a JK, and they looked sweet. there where color matched to the body paint on the inside of the spokes... Jeep green i think it was. Made me very jealous. dunno bout the backspacing, but thats what spacers are for.

 

actually its anything 5 on 5.... the old CJs where 5 on 5.5, the YJs and TJs were 5 on 4.5 and the JK is 5 on 5, as is the commander and grand cherokee, not sure about the libby

 

There was a JK on ebay with the 20s off the SRT8 Cherokee looked sick with a good set of tires.

 

I have a set of black American Racing 16" steel wheels I was running on my 02 Grand Cherokee. They will be going on my JK when I get ready to buy some larger tires. They are 5 on 5 with 4 inches back spacing. My GC was black. Looked good with the black wheels and black rock rail. I expect it to look just as good with my new black JK.

 

The real issue for some is the spacers are illeagal to use in some states,, Pa for one.

hell I heard in colorado anything other than bone stock is illeagal

Move to arizona where everything goes
