I installed an Off Road Fab sport cage on my 4 door JK about 6 months ago. Once everything was installed it was rock solid for about 6 months.

A few weeks ago, the cage started making this creaking "tink..tink" noise when I turn sharply or drive down a bumpy road. The noise seems to be coming from behind and above the drivers seat. It sounds like it is coming from the rear streamer bar somewhere.

I tried tightening everything down again and its all rock solid. I think I'm about to bust the heads off the self-tapping bolts.

The noise is driving me nuts. Anyone have any ideas?
